Bistro de Carmel Convention Hall
This Templar-era structure was refurbished and adapted to become a space capable of hosting unique events. The authentic atmosphere was maintained and the main elements and materials were restored, yet the spaces were planned with a contemporary touch. The original distribution of space has been preserved, and every area was planned differently to create a myriad of experiences, according to guests’ requirements.
The structure has a roofed yard, an area divided into a number of levels, each offering more intimate, relaxing areas, despite their close proximity to spaces with large amounts of guests.
