On 34 acres along an ancient aqueduct, Enrico Segre Architects planned a complex that includes a hotel, congress center and shopping area. In order to blend in with the natural landscape, the complex was planned as separate buildings intertwined with gardens and an aqueduct, instead of one big centralized structure that would overshadow the entire area.
The hotel was planned as a series of modern two-level units inside private gardens, located near the main building which contains the lobby, spa, pool, exclusive rooms and suites, and a prestigious restaurant with a wonderful view. A commercial building, housing the regional gym and overlooking the gardens and aqueduct, is located nearby. The third structure is the congress center, which is part of the overall development of the area.
